Our platform provides homebuyers with data tools, calculators, and AI-assisted resources to support independent home purchasing decisions.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

• Email address and Google profile information (name, profile photo) when you sign in with Google OAuth
• Property addresses you enter into our analysis tools
• Financial inputs you enter into our calculators (income, debt, down payment amounts)
• Messages you send us via our support form
• Email address if you join our waitlist

Information collected automatically:

• Usage data including pages visited, tools used, and features accessed
• Device and browser information
• IP address and approximate location
• Google Analytics 4 event data (tool usage, conversion events)

3. How We Use Your Information

• To track your usage against free tier limits (2 True Cost analyses and 2 Neighborhood analyses)
• To process payments and manage your subscription via Stripe

• Google Cloud / Vertex AI — AI-powered features (data processed but not retained by Google for training without consent)

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data from our systems within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law (e.g., financial transaction records).
